    The theme Newsup Pro does not run on my Website. The support does not answer. 59 $ disappeared in the garbage can.

    The support answered on Oct, 17: “Please Change the Theme, we will fix your issue ASAP.” I did not receive a suggested solution.
    Today ThemeAnsar (Department Billing) wrote: “We apologize for delay
    okay you are eligible for Full refund but first of all you have to change or delete the review on WordPress.org
    after that let us know we will process ASAP make change & save both of us time”

    What the hell am I supposed to do now? Obviously I can’t delete my rating. Should I falsify it now to get the refund?

    The Newsup Pro theme is not working properly. Support only replies dismissively and plays dumb. Very unfriendly. I can probably throw 59 dollars to the wind.

    Besides, I doubt the seriousness of the company. No imprint and the Facebook page is a construction site. Everything a bit dubious. If you want to claim your rights, you have no chance

    I have demanded my money back. Let’s see what happens. I will report

    I saw your query, you are not able to use correct the image and the text in the editor, which is not the theme’s fault, and we are equally supporting you, we have told you in every way that you can insert the image and text, How to do it and how to text it, while we are also ready to do customizations,

    If even after that you are unable to do, we will refund you.
