Not updating number products colums

Hi!

I’m a beginner but I’ve been stuck with this problem for an entire day now so I decided to ask for any help you can think of.

I’ve been trying to change the product columns per page in the plugin to increase what I have now (it’s currently 2), I’d like it to be 3 or 4 columns, but nothing happens.

I’ve read in the description of this plugin that it might be caused by the infinite scrolling coming from the jetpack plugin (disabled now), but I don’t know what to do with that either.
