Are those posts created in a different manner, or are they totally normal posts, but you check the specific category?
Are you using category limits in your WP to Twitter settings?
They are normal posts, only checking a specific category.
I have testing with a single category or with 2, the results are the same, the “slide” category, is blocking sends to twitter.
I have change the name of the slide category but it’s the same.
I do not know where is the category limits settings.
Now, in the post tab of the plugin settings, I see a message where “slide” category is present:
“These categories are currently excluded by the deprecated WP to Twitter category filters.
cat-1
cat-2
Slide ”
May be this message is involved with the problem.
I do not use the cat-1 and cat-2.
I made some test and I found out that with that 3 categories occur the same issue; there is nothing sent to Twitter.
Interesting. Those are very old filters, that were removed from the plugin several years ago.You have to remove the filters manually at this point (the method to remove them via the settings was removed a few years ago, as well.)
Manually edit your options table and delete the following options: limit_categories, jd_twit_cats, tweet_categories
