Not translating

    Hi there,
    Terms & Conditions not translating in Italian, despite WordPress being in Italian.
    The Complianz plugin is translating correctly.
    Any clue?

    My mistake, the page is translated now, only PDF are not

    So the page now is actually in Italian, but the generated pdf is not?
    Could you tell me in what language the PDF is translated?

    Hi there,
    The PDF is in english.
    If I click on the link it opens a page with the correct URL:

    wp-content/uploads/complianz/withdrawal-forms/withdrawal-form-it.pdf

    but the PDF generated is in English, not Italian

    Sorry for the late reply,

    I have an Italian default WP installation; https://cdboeboe.us8.instawp.xyz/termini-e-condizioni/

    This seems to work. Did you change languages when Terms & Conditions were installed? Do you have a translation plugin enabled like WPML or Polylang?

    Hi, I have same issue with Lithuanian language, WP using in one Language

    wp-content/uploads/complianz/withdrawal-forms/withdrawal-form-lt.pdf
    Maybe PDF file is not translated because created wrong withdrawal-form-lt.pdf (not withdrawal-form-lt_LT.pdf ?
    Translation file complianz-terms-conditions-lt_LT.po
    I didn’t change languages when Terms & Conditions were installed.
    I am using LOCO translation plugin
