  • We’re not seeing any data or tracking since moving the website to a new host. Could you help us troubleshoot what might be the issue? We are using Visitors Traffic Real Time Statistics pro

  • I was able to get tracking to work after adjusting the time zone. However, we don’t see any of the historical data up to this point. Where is that data stored? In the database? Is there a way to recover that data?

    hello,
    thank you for using our plugin,
    we store the data inside the tables with prefic ahc_ and ahcpro,

    if you move to new host, you need to update the old stored urls inside your db (i suggest if you contact a technical person or programmer to do this for you)
