  • Well it takes a whopper for me to leave a negative review. Positioning yourself as backup company plus all other things to maintain the integrity of your site.

    I updated a page last night, needed to restore the backup couldn’t make it happen. Stayed up all night building a new home page since we had a major campaign launching today. Received a call, team hating the new home page wanted the backup of the other page. Could not recover the site. Left several emails, went to several versions, still would not back up the site. I had a technical issue earlier with a purchase, the could not connect to the server, was forced to cancel my membership and purchase through my hosting provider lost $50. Now when I needed them to recover my site, no response from support. Now I receive an email my membership is cancelled. I opened another ticket no response. I used sell enterprise backup solutions, when I was younger, granted it was a much higher level but the concept is still the same. Poor customer service, at your DNA, means you have a piss poor product and attitude to what you do for a living. Serving backups and recoveries is about helping people, and if you cant go out of your way or be bothered to do that, than its more about the $$, and I that’s an investment for suckers
