# Not syncing Orders

 * I have this installed and worked initially really well, but then suddenly stopped
   syncing orders over to Xero
 * This stopped around the end of August, recent entries in the debug page are as
   follows:-
    796 Your License is expire, Please contact xeroom support team. 2017-
   08-26 19:14:26 723 Your License is expire, Please contact xeroom support team.
   2017-06-21 21:57:55 720 Account could not be found. Please Create your bank account
   on xero and update bank code in xeroom setting’s bank code. 2017-06-20 12:31:
   38 718 Account could not be found. Please Create your bank account on xero and
   update bank code in xeroom setting’s bank code. 2017-06-19 10:39:40
 * Note most recent entry in the debug page is order 796 whereas Woocommerce has
   orders up to 837 but no matching orders in Xero and no errors shown on debug 
   page ?

 * We did have an issue with the free licences a few months ago due to a hack which
   has now been fixed. If you reactivate a free licence it should be working fine.
 * If it was working before then it looks like your bank account code in Xero has
   changed. The code in the Xeroom settings must match what you have in Xero otherwise
   it cannot synch as it has to post transactions to the various accounts when it
   creates invoices in Xero.

 * ok i have redone the free license, is there anyway of now syncing the orders 
   that haven’t synced across so I can test it ?

 * Hi – you can just run a test purchase and check it through the process. Then 
   delete the order and invoice afterwards. To upload your history we have just 
   released our bulk data uploader for Xeroom but that is only available to purchase
   not as a free item.
