# Not Syncing Automatically

 * I am trying to sync only one user type to a list. It is a custom user type called“
   mentor” but it only syncs when I use manual sync. It currently says “0/15” which
   I assume means its trying to sync but its not working. What is the problem? Mailchimp
   says its connected too.

   page in your WordPress admin?

 * There are no errors. It says “– Nothing here. Which means there are no errors!”

 * Did you disable WP Cron by any chance? If you make modifications in your user
   base and visit the following URL, are changes being synced to MailChimp then?
