Need suggestions for plugins

Hello, not sure what to title this topic or what category this falls under. Anyways, I run Durty Mindz Ent and just got a new Producer/Beat Maker. All my artists have a login and he will soon. He going to be sending my artists beats but I want to have it set up on the website. Where the artists can check out each beat and if they want to use it they download it but only me, him, and the artists can see the section. Once they pick the beat they want to use it gets remove automatically. How should I go about this like what plugins and so on??
