Hello, thanks for using the plugin.

The plugin didn’t work with you because the plugin affected only on Arabic Language sites which your site language is English not Arabic, so you have 2 options now:

    1. Change site language to Arabic like that > http://jmp.sh/xesarJs
    2. Or use the older version from the plugin, You can download the plugin v1.4.5 from here: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/arabic-webfonts.1.4.5.zip

Okay I will download the order version, can you advise then if it will automatically detect Arabic language text?

I have downgraded the version but it still is showing ??? instead of Arabic letters

First: the plugin will change your Arabic text style only not the content itself, so I tried to change the text on your site to Arabic and working fine ( see screenshot here: https://jmp.sh/m27IvFH )
So, maybe the problem comes from your theme or WordPress editor or you can edit your content again.

Second: I don’t see you added any styles from the plugin, so you can watch this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoAGLEywBgg ) to know how to use the plugin.

I tried to upload a new post with Arabic text and it has posted as ??? again. I also checked the screenshot you shared and the actual post on my website is still showing ?? not Arabic text. I tried to watch the bideo for set up but the whole video is in Arabic and I don’t understand it. Can you please assist?

This is not the plugin issue, this issue comes from your theme or your editor, we don’t change any content, just the style of your content, so you can check out this issue first on your website, then you can use the plugin easily to style you Arabic content.
