They charge you non-notificated charges for a non-asked renewal

    First, it took ages to get any response in the official support forum for an extension I bought.

    One year after getting that extension, they charged me on PayPal with the license renewal when I thought it was a one-time payment plugin. In my profile area I cannot find a way to deactivate this renewal or my account. I contacted support to ask for a refund and to deactivate my account and I’m not getting any answer.

    This is just a fraud and very frustrating.

    I just cannot recommend this plugin or any product related to these developers.
