Didn’t split at all means, split rules do not apply to that order.
This topic is not resolved. It is still a problem.
I am here to help you until it is not resolved. I only mark the topic as resolved when I see it is not a clear problem description or bug not found. Your issue require some testing, can you please record a video so I can see that how I can reproduce this issue?

So in this screenshot you will see that there are 2 different orders: https://www.ondernemers-en-shoppingnetwerk.be/addelhaizenederename/orders.png
Here you see order 7115 (parentorder) placed on 09:33 AM (payment on 09:41 AM) that was correctly splitted into the right categories: order 7117 – 7118 – 7119: https://www.ondernemers-en-shoppingnetwerk.be/addelhaizenederename/order-7115.png
Here you see order 7116 placed on 07/12 9:40 AM: https://www.ondernemers-en-shoppingnetwerk.be/addelhaizenederename/order-7116.png
> So when the first order (7115) is not completed, an order (7116) that was placed between the order placing and the payment wil not split.
I got it, the reason is under the advanced tab > cron settings. There is an input box which can be used to instruct the plugin to consider the previous orders for split. If ever you feel that any order got late and plugin is not considering it for split, enter the one number down to that missed order number and then you can split that missed number again.
Actually this feature was added for those stores which are having hundreds or thousands of orders which can be considered for split but their age is too old so this input box help the administrators to skip a certain range of orders and proceed further.
