First, you can only use 5 form fields with the free version and that INCLUDES the submit button, so it’s really only 4 fields.
It automatically sends an email to the person who submitted the form with an ugly table that’s supposed to contain the values that the person submitted, but it doesn’t work. All of the fields are blank even though I can see in the database that the values were saved. There is no user-friendly option to turn off the emails to submitters or to turn-off the addition of the ugly form table.
I expect I’ll be uninstalling this soon and looking for another form solution.
