• There is NOTHING on the product page to indicate that there’s a Premium version of the plugin.

As soon as you install it you’re BOMBARDED with crap begging you to buy their Premium version. I mean even worse than Yoast does (and that’s saying a LOT).

The basic free version is pretty much useless. Typical bait and switch crap plugin.

Save your time and find another solution. I’m off to do that right now myself and I’ll have no problem PAYING for a solution – as long as they don’t try to hide what they’re really trying to do.

    Hi webwave,

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that it wasn’t clear what is and isn’t included with the free version. We tried to make it as apparent as possible in the plugin admin which options are part of the light version and which are part of the premium upgrade (i.e. by putting them in their own sections and making use of the lock graphic). That being said, we’ll look to update the plugin description here, to make it more obvious here, instead of just in the plugin admin. Thank you for that suggestion.

I wouldn’t go so far as saying that the free version is useless. All of the basic functionality is included in the free version. You can create services and let people book appointments on your site, which is the main purpose of this plugin. What feature or functionality is it that you wanted to make use of and thought would be included in the free version? Knowing this would definitely help us make it more clear for others and would be much appreciated.

Just wanted to also mention that, like with all of our plugins, we do offer a free 7-day trial of the premium version, so you can test out all features to see if it’s the right solution for your project.

I apologize if you were misled. That is certainly not our intention. I’m not sure what bait and switch means or how it applies here, but our goal is never to deceive or offer a nothing product just to get purchases. That wouldn’t get us or anyone very far. We try and offer a great free solution and then, like any person or business who does this full time, support our work by offering a premium version with more advanced features.
