    So the plugin not working for my setup, (and yes, already read lots of answers here, didn’t help) I’m guessing it’s ‘wp social count’ who blocking it, but I need that one even more than this one. So, would be great if someone can tell me how to enable this plugin manually in header? Thanks in any advice.

    Most common problems for popup not loading are js problems. Or bad coded themes that are not using wp_footer() or loading the wordpress jquery.

    If you paste a link of your site i could probable tell the reason of why is not working.
