Not showing suggestions

    Hi there,

    I have installed the BP Global Search plugin, however it does not show any suggestion.

    Could you please share some advice for me?

    Below my settings:
    – WordPress 5.5.3
    – KLEO theme 4.9.170
    – BuddyPress 6.3.0, Legacy template
    – BuddyPress Global Search 1.2.1
    – other plugins, I can share info if needed

    Hi Mario,

    Please refer to the following video tutorial to set up the Global search plugin.

    The setup is the same for any buddypress theme.
