I hope you are having issue with this font headingprowideblack and trying to set it for your menu. However, this font assignment is blocking it from working.
ul.onepress-menu > li > a {
color: black!Important;
font-family: headingprowide!important;
font-size: 16px!important;
letter-spacing: 2px!important;
}
Please remove this line. font-family: headingprowide!important;
And then from our font assign section, please keep this ul.onepress-menu > li > a in custom element box and assign headingprowideblack font to it.

Similar issue, I have used your plug-in before and has worked great!!! But this time it is not showing on firefox or (apple) mobile devices, but it does work on chrome. I have tried several Souvenir font types from several places, (ttf, orf) all the same result.

Seems like there is some conflict with your Secure CDN (Provided by Godaddy). Can you please disable secureCDN and check if that fixes the issue ? Please flush cache if you are using minify or cache plugin.

Hi, I have tried doing this, a different font is showing but it is not the correct font. The new font also isn’t showing correctly in the Upload Fonts section (The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog) on the plug-in, the old font does however show

Have you kept this ul.onepress-menu > li > a in custom element box and assign headingprowideblack font to it ? I don’t see this font assign currently in your site.
