    Hi @kokomoweb ,

I may not have been clear on what we’re needing you to check. The FORM_ENCRYPT log you shared appears to be completely unrelated to this issue. There are other logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs that will help to identify the source of the problem you’re having. If you go to that log page, you’ll see a dropdown list on the right.

    WooCommerce Logs
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/azIvuC

Click that and you will see a list of logs.

    Fatal errors log
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/oXQxad

Choose a log and click the View button. This will display that log on the page.

The main ones to check are the ones with fatal-errors in the filename.

Hopefully, that will give some more insight about what is going on.

    Hi Mike,

I think you adressed your reply to the wrong person.

    Hi @kokomoweb ,

I was replying to this message.

It sounds like you’re still having issues with this. If so, can you check to see if there are any fatal error logs showing up?

@mikestraw we currently have no fatal errors and still have the same error.

i think i have to say this may not be fixed, just looked again and the issue is back, as said above, some days have data and some have none.
My clients are now going bad and it makes us look bad as we cant fix this. Anyone managed to sort this yet?

I was tired of asking and searching solution for this problem again and again.
Finally i found a third party plugin and purchased for my client. My client is happy with that plugin.

what was the name of the plug-in?

    Hi all,

I know this is frustrating. I do hope we can identify a cause! Because this isn’t working on different sites, the cause may be different on each site.

Because we’re not able to reproduce this issue on our end, there may be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. If you can set up a staging site to run some tests, that may help narrow down if there’s something conflicting. If your host doesn’t offer a staging site option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
    Β
Once you have a staging site:

If you’re not seeing the same problem, then activate WooCommerce Admin and repeat the last three steps above. If it’s still working, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Hi,
Ok So i have made a staging site,
    1)installed the Storefront Theme
2)All plug-ins are deactivated apart from WooCommerce
3)Cleared the Analytics cache and reimport the Analytics data
at this point I get nothing,

it then sits for hours and does nothing.

I have even reduced the import to 90days and again its does nothing.

@thewebsitepeople are you using the WooCommerce Admin plugin or is this from the core WooCommerce Analytics?

If you’re using the plugin, can you try with it inactive?

Let us know either way, and also check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button to see if there are any errors occurring during the import on your staging site. Also, can you check your browser console for any JavaScript errors?

These all will help to narrow down the source of the problem.

    Hi @thewebsitepeople ,

I’ve gone ahead and reopened this. Normally we ask for new threads when multiple issues are being reported to prevent this from happening. Since we’ve already been working here, though, I’ll reopen it πŸ™‚

Based on those fatal errors, it looks like your Action Scheduler is having problems migrating to the updated version that came with WooCommerce v4 because of missing tables.

    > 2020-10-09T17:07:25+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught RuntimeException: Error saving action: Error saving action: Table ‘healthrack-DEMO-3134375408.wp_actionscheduler_actions’ doesn’t exist in /home/sites/7a/8/83be0c2ee6/public_html/demo/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php:44

This SQL query will recreate those tables for you and allow the import to run.

There may be some missing tables for the updated WooCommerce Admin, as well. If so, this query will get those back for you.

Nope same issue, I have entered the 2 Sql scripts
Cleared the Analytics cache and reimport the Analytics data
at this point I get nothing,

it then sits for hours and does nothing. as my posts above

I have even reduced the import to 90days and again its does nothing.
