Hi Matt,
the blogger importer does not automatically pull the new posts from Blogger, you have to press the import button to import them into WordPress, if you press the refresh button you should see the counts increase. I the experiments I’ve just done you seem to need to wait a couple of seconds before pressing the refresh or the count might read as zero.
If the refresh is not working then try the restart which will clear your details and re-authenticate with the blog.

Thanks for your reply! Im not seeing a import button. Where do I find that? Im currently going to Tools/Import/Blogger, All I see is Srt Authurs button and Clear account Imformation button.

It should not do that. Are you using the 0.5 version or the beta version?
You might want to try the Beta version, it uses the DB rather than settings to check that the posts exist so should not have any trouble with duplicates.
