Not showing any forms and cannot create one

    Hi,
    I have an issue with the visual form builder plugin, it doesn’t show any forms nor can i create one.
    The issue occured when I de-activated the plugin and tried to activate it again.
    I have removed the plugin completely and then re-installed it but it didn’t resolve the issue.

    Please advise

    Hi Huysstyl,

    I suspect you are using a very old version of our classic paid plugin. It will likely need to be updated to the most recent version of classic. If you have your order number please submit a ticket on our paid ticket system at vfbpro.com and we can help you sort out this issue. If you do not have your order number, we can try to look it up for you in our ticket system.
