Not sending (wheel spins forever)

    have deactivated all other plugins, however – plugin not working anymnore.
    error message in chrome dev tools is:

    /wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/27714/refill:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    any help is welcome!
