Not sending user emails

Hi! Great plugin, thanks!

I’m having a issue with emails to user. It’s not working. I checked:

Emails to user are enable on group
General settings is configured with SMTP (test ok)
Notifications to admin is working
There is email template assigned to every action (one of these is my template, others are default. No one works)

I saw a topic here about the same trouble but it’s now closed with no solution, so I decided open new.
