    Hi ive just discovered its not sending the recipiant there giftcards after the customer has purchased. even if i resend via woo commerce or via the gift number in the plugin ive tried dummy test to myself and im recieving nothing please help

    I’m having this problem too, can we make the solution public? I’m using SMTP Post (https://postmansmtp.com/) for emails, and there is no customer email in the logs, only the admin/purchaser ones.

    I disabled the “Use the WooCommerce Transactional Email System” setting, and the customer emails were created correctly. They are pretty fugly though.

    thats what i did too by instruction from admin but im unsure if mine is working yet

    I’m having the same issue, even with the setting switched off no emails are coming through and no activated cards listed even though they’re been purchased

    it’s a bad look when the free version won’t even do the one job it’s suppose to. You just lost a sale
