    Thank you for the plugin,

    Unfortunately it doesn’t send email to orders that are unpaid, for example if a customer checkout and goes to PayPal page to pay but abandons at PayPal payment page, it doesn’t trigger recovery.
    Recovery emails should be sent to customers with “unpaid orders” after a certain period of time because too because many customers abandon at PayPal payment page.

    Thank you for reaching out. The scenario you are describing is clearly an abandoned cart. The plugin would send the email if the recovery email templates are configured an enabled?

    Can you check
    – If you have created and enabled the Email Templates for recovery ?
    – In Settings sections, May I know the value set for the parameter: “When to consider a cart as abandoned cart” ?
