Not sending out email

    Hi Priyanka,

    Before I asked question, I make some changed by following your guide.

    add define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true); in wp-config.php.

    installed WP Crontrol,

    Email template is activated.

    sending email test in email template, will received the email.

    tracking abandon cart is working fine.

    Our website is using wp mail SMTP.

    try to fix it by myself, but failed, any suggestion.

    Hi Cory,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

    It seems that the cron job is not working on your site. Kindly share the screenshot of your wp-config.php file where you have added the above-mentioned line of code. Also, can you please confirm that you have not defined ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’ constant in the wp-config.php file?
