Not Sending or Forwarding Form Results

    I have installed this plugin on one of my websites I admin and it is not forwarding the form results to my subscribers. I have it to Bcc and have the subscribers box checked but they are not getting the results. Within the form I have it set to email to a different address that I use as an admin address and the form results show up ok to that email – just not to anyone on the users subscriber list. I have the latest version installed and am running WordPress version 4.5.2 with the Nirvana theme. Interesting part is when I only had a few users set up in my subscriber list it worked just fine. Now that I have built my users up to approximately 107 subscribers it does not work. I have checked and am within my limits of my host in regards to sending emails so I do not see that as an issue. Please help!
