I just love this plugin, I have been using it for a long time.
I just transferred my site to a new host. Since then this plugin stopped working.

Problem is, when I send a test email or real time newsletter. Plugin says email has been sent or you can say it confirms the sending of newsletter, but none of my subscriber recieves it.
Even when I test it, I recieve 2 test email, One from wordpress other from my SMTP settings
But no one recieve real time newsletter

    1. Cron job is working
    2. SMPT setting are fine
    3. Email content is fine, as I also tried sending without any content.

So I am stuck here, Need help

The status of outgoing newsletters is “sending (xx/yy)?

    Stefano.

    Hi Stefano,
I’m having the exact same problem.
We’re using premium license of the plugin.
E-mails from the Diagnostics are reaching the mail box,
but real newsletters are not even reaching the spam folder.
We’ve tried different email layouts. The plugin says newsletter has been sent (5/5),
in reports they appear as sent, delivered and not opened.
Settings are all ok (same settings I’ve used in a succesfull instalation).
    We are using SSL smtp.
Any ideia on what could be the problem in such a cenario?

Here are some of the info on the logs:
