    Hi, I’ve been experiencing issues with my pixel for several days because it’s not detecting the purchase event… With the Meta Pixel Helper extension, I identified that it does read the other events, such as view category, view cart, etc., but it only not read the purchase event. Therefore, today I decided to disconnect the pixel, delete my plugin, and tried the entire process to see if that would get the purchase pixel working again. However, now it won’t let me connect the pixel. I don’t get an error as such, but it just simple won’t configure. I’ve tried several times, and the plugin keeps throwing me back to the beginning where it says “getting started.”

    Hello @estela24 , and thank you for reaching out.

    Can you try repeating the process of re-installing/reconnecting the plugin, making sure that any cache plugins are disabled, and that the cache is cleared, and disable ad-blockers if you are using them.

    If you are still not able to establish the connection, please share the Facebook for WooCommerce logs located under WooCommerce > Status > Logs using PrivateBin.

    Hi, it still doesn’t work. It does let me do the integration process, but after appears the message “it’s finished”, the page redirects me to this page and shows me this error ” Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!     Hello, 

    Thank you, please share the Facebook for WooCommerce logs as well, you can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Also, your site already has a Pixel added by PixelYourSite:

    Can you remove this integration, clear the cache and try re-connecting the plugin?

    We just wanted to follow up and check if you are still having issues with the plugin?

    If so, please share the  Facebook for WooCommerce logs (located under WooCommerce > Status > Logs), and remove the old integration, clear the cache and try re-connecting the plugin.
