Hello, thanks for contacting. We’ve just tested and in our case, confirmation email is working fine without issue. However, please provide the following information so that we can debug the issue for you.
1. Are you using any custom field?
2. Please mention your MailPoet version and the gravity forms MailPoet plugin version
3. Do you know how to read php error? If yes, do you see any error in the log file?
4. Are you using any other MailPoet plugin other than MailPoet 3 free version?
5. Are you using Mailpoet Feeds? (If yes, please make sure “Email validation” is Unchecked in feed settings
6. Are you using MailPoet’s own mail service for sending emails? If not, please make sure that your mailserver is working fine

it is the newes version (premium)

I can send the confirmation mail manually without any problems.
