    Hi,
    I have your plugin ‘MailPoet 3 (nuovo)’ and ‘MailPoet 3 Premium’ in my wordpress site.
    I’ve reached the 1000 user limit so it has stopped to work but now that I’ve removed a lot of inactive user (now there are only 375 user) I’m not able to make it work.

    The plug-in is updated:
    – ‘MailPoet 3 Premium’ (3.0.87)
    – ‘MailPoet 3 (nuovo)’ (3.47.9)

    What is the problem? How can I resolve it?

    Hi Carlotta,

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin.

    Can you try to update the MailPoet 3 plugin to the latest version (Version 3.47.10) and let us know if the notification message about going over the subscriber’s limit persists?

    If so, I’d suggest you cancel your existing plan and subscribe to a new one to activate a new key.
