    I am not seeing the options selected in the cart or in the order emails.
    Where do I begin to determine the issues?

  • Hi,

    It seems you haven’t filled the value field on the select field options.

    It means there is a field called value along side the label field of each options. It must have to be filled with a unique value. It can be filled with the label name. but you must fill it.

    Please make changes and check again.
