I’m not seeing settings like force https and other options in domain mapping plugin.

The plugin doesn’t offer those settings. It’s much more efficient to force SSL in your .htaccess or web server config.

But, i see those options for domain mapping plugin here in this video.

I would need to enable SSL for my backend sites in multisite wordpress, so i need to follow above video, but not seeing those options in our domain mapping plugin.

Can anyone help here with the answer?

The setting option you see in the video isn’t added by the DM plugin.

It is clear in Video, we’re seeing the mapping options under domain mapping settings. How can i get that mapping options here?

    Hi @wpmuguru,

Can you update us here on how to get that mapping options?

we’re seeing the mapping options under domain mapping settings.

The plugin in use there must be a different plugin. This plugin does not have an SSL setting.

    Hi there,

Did anyone find a solution to this?

@wpmuguru – is this something you are or would consider implementing?

I’d really like to be able to use either a wildcard SSL certificate, or even better, CloudFlare’s free certificate.

    Thanks!

We only maintain this plugin for compatibility for installs that used it before WP 4.4. We won’t be adding any new features.

@wpmuguru – thanks for your response. So if you’re not planning to keep this plugin compatible with future versions of WP can you then perhaps recommend another plugin that does the same thing? Thanks!

You can map domains directly in WP core (since 4.4). See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/howto-domain-mapping-without-a-plugin-instructions/
