    Hey Andrea,

If you’re trying to display this Facebook page then it looks like the issue is that there is either an age or location restriction on your page.

If your page has any restrictions on it then it means that users are forced to sign into Facebook in order to view your page.

You can remove any restrictions by going to your Facebook page and clicking on ‘Edit Page’ > ‘Edit Settings’ (see screenshot). You can then remove any ‘Country Restrictions’ and ‘Age restrictions’ (see screenshot). Once removed this will allow the Custom Facebook Feed plugin to access and display your posts.

Just to confirm, the Page ID you should be using is: 116510895063725.

Let me know whether removing the restrictions worked for you. If not then I can troubleshoot further.

    John

Same problem. Not worked without any others plugins. Testing on smashbaloon.com successfully passed. WordPress version: 3.7.1

    Hey phrasetta,

There are solutions to some common issues discussed in the first question on the Troubleshooting page, or if you use the support form to send me your Page ID, Access Token and link to the page on your website where you’re trying to display the feed then I can troubleshoot with you via email (it’s not advisable to post your Access Token in this public forum).

    Many thanks,

    John

Hey Andrea, do you still need support or did my response above resolve the issue for you?
