Not seeing downloaded themes in WP

I’ve downloaded a few wordpress compatible themes and then uploaded them through my FTP and they are not showing up on my Dashboard. I’ve been looking for a good squeeze page for wordpress and have had no luck except for the two I downloaded, and now I can’t seem to use them. Help!
