    Hello!

    I just installed your plug-in to track e-commerce data on a new site launch, but I’m not seeing any e-commerce data in GA at this point. Can you help me troubleshoot what’s going on here?

    Hi @zacheryshawn,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick check of the store & found that you haven’t enabled “Add global site tracking code” from our plugin. We are using a new GA tracking method, gtag.js so you need to enable that option from the settings of our plugin.

    Thanks so much! I had been using another plug-in (monster insights) to track basic Google Analytics metrics. If I enable global site tracking with your plug-in, does that make Monster Insights unnecessary? Or do they not overlap?

    Hi @zacheryshawn,

    If you enable global site tracking with our plug-in, it will conflict with the Monster Insight because both the plugin have different sets of code. It will result in to double pageview issue in your GA account.

    Suggest you use only one plugin which fulfills your requirements.
