Does anybody know if WordPress removed "After a file has been uploaded, you can add titles and descriptions." ?

Either way is there a specific way to enable this functionality. I ask because since I updated from 3.4.2 to 3.5.1 I am no longer seeing this / nor am I able to add edit titles and descriptions on the fly without going into the individual media pages.

    Thanks.

The entire Media UI was remodelled in WordPress 3.5, so you now edit images by uploading and then selecting them - either via Add Media or via the Media Library.

Thanks for that response. Is there any way to edit multiple images on a single page without reloading as I was able to previously?

I'm sorry? What do you mean by "reloading"?

Without individually loading each image post. Annotated screenshots can probably better explain what I am asking:

I think you meant loading each image's edit page, yes? I'm afraid that change was part of the new media handling in WordPress 3.5. At the present time, I don't know of any way to bulk edit images via core but there might be a plugin out there that could give you this functionality back again.
