# Not saving the data

 * Hi, i installed the plugin, but it doesn’t save the data.
    It doesn’t show any
   error in console, i got the message: post: 304 value: “pro” __proto__: Object

 * Thanks for your feedback! I need more information from you, otherwise I cannot
   help you.
    - Which PHP version?
    - Which WordPress version?
    - Which Helpful version?
 * Do you have a URL so I can take a look?
 * Often this is due to caching plugins. That’s why you won’t see an error message
   in the console. Javascript should not be minified or cached, otherwise Helpful
   will not work.
