    Unfortunately, the screenshot that you shared is not working. Could you please kindly send error in text or with another screenshot link? Also, before it, I recommend you please make sure that your site PDF generator is active and make sure that you server limits are correctly applied, also, it is recommended to recheck by temporarily deactivating extra plugins as well
