Not saving new plugin groups and positions

    I have fixed an issue with the plugin order drag and drop when using a multi site install. I’m not having any issues with grouping on any of the sites I’ve tested it on.

    I’ve released 4.0.1 and that will hopefully fix your issue with saving the order.

    I just started using this myself, but just wanted to ask if you selected “save plugin load order” from the drop down menu, and then apply. Its easy to miss…
