    when the address fields are not required user enter only zip code the data is not getting added we to the constant contact list. Only when all the fields are filled in the form it gets submitted and the data gets added to the constant contact list.

    If you are not already, can you please upgrade your Constant Contact Forms plugin to version 1.3.7?

    If you are already, or have already done so just now, there’s a new setting available in the Contact Form > Settings menu that enables some logging within the plugin, to help troubleshoot. Please enable that setting and then attempt to submit to the form again in a way that is producing no results.

    Once that is done, if the logging succeeded, you should see something in the newly shown Contact Form > Debug logs screen. Please provide that here so we can see what the API is returning for any errors. We can also provide an email address to send that information to, if you’d prefer not to post that part to the forum, however it shouldn’t have anything confidential in it.

    Looks like it’s not viewing your account/user as authorized and connected properly. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting your Constant Contact account to your WordPress admin and try again?

    Hello @constantcontact team,

    I have installed ConstantContact plugin in WP and want to connect constantContact lists but it is not showing the lists. Even ‘create a form’ and ‘setting’ link is not running and given 500 page errors. But without connecting all the links are working. Please help me.

    I am using WP version 4.9. Is your plugin is not compatible to this version?

    Can you please start your own thread for your specific issue instead of using someone else’s, even if they feel like similar issues?

    To help spur things along though, checking any error logs you may have with your hosting would be the first thing to do, as we’re not able to do or tell much with “500 page errors”.
