    Hi there, i installed your plugin on two websites and everything is working fine. But today i installed it on another website and when i want to start a new form and pick a template, there are no fields in it.

    When i start from the scratch and pick a field and change the settings its okay, but when i pick a second one i have to pull it to the first position to change any settings,
    but thats not all, when i save all settings and changes and leave the form editor and
    enter to it again, any changes are lost and not saved.

    I deleted and reinstalled the plugin several times but nothing worked

    I’m not sure what solution @strahlebaer found, but we can certainly try to help you sort this out 🙂

    If you haven’t had a chance to try this already, could you please toggle the activation of WPForms (on the Plugins page, deactivate it and then activate it again). It may sound like an odd thing to try, but sometimes this helps plugins to work properly.

    If that doesn’t do the trick, the best next step is to run through the first three steps in WPBeginner’s troubleshooting article. Since this sounds most like a code conflict, I’d recommend starting with their steps for plugins:

    – Take a site backup (a standard precaution). If an option with your hosting provider, you could copy your live site to a private staging site and do testing there.
    – Deactivate other plugins on your site. I’d suggest doing this one-by-one, testing the issue after each deactivation. If the issue is resolved, you’ll know which plugin is the source of the issue.
    – If needed, go to step 3 of that article for switching the theme and test it out again.

    I apologize for the steps, but this is the most effective way to sort out where this issue stems from.
