Me too! I was plugging along for the first two rows of images, the fast way and they all saved, and that was all that saved.
Hello guys!
It’s very bad what you describe. The changes should be saved automatically once you checked a checkbox.
Please make sure that you do not use some other media library plugin(s) along with EML. You can try to deactivate all other active plugins. If the problem is solved this way, activate them one by one to find out which one is causing the conflict. Please let me know its name.
If some of you would mind providing me with access to your website, it could speed up the investigation.
Best,
-Nadia
Can you please send a secure email address? – I’m not putting the login here… I’m sure you can understand why.
Hi @gingerginc,
Of course, I just wasn’t sure that someone is willing to provide access. You can create a private ticket on https://www.wpuxsolutions.com/support/create-new-ticket/ or email me at wpuxsolutions [at] gmail [dot] com
Also, please describe your particular issue in more details. Thank you!
Best,
-Nadia
So as I was recording the screen capture video to demonstrate what was happening and I believe I know the “issue”. The image/media must be fully loaded and present/viewable before you click in the box. It isn’t enough that everything else is there for you to edit, so if your images are slow to load as mine are, you simply must wait. I’m now using the search function to just find 1 category of images (brand name in my case) at a time.
april02 – I hope that helps you.
