Not return correct customer Name If Billing and shipping address is different

On woo 7.1.0. the plugin not return correct Customer name.

For example, when Billing and shipping address is different:

On Woocomerce Order will show that:
Billing:
Name Customer A
Address Customer A

Shippping to:
Name Customer A
Address Customer B

On Paypal Page, it showing that:
OK to shipping to:
Name Customer B
Address Customer B

Can you fix. The Name of customer in Woocomerce order is not correct!
