Support » Plugin: Custom Banners » Not responsive

  • I would consider purchasing the Pro version, despite its high price, if it were responsive. It doesn’t seem to be which is surprising when it is pretty much imperative for any website to be responsive now.

    Hey mintjelly!

    Thanks for the feedback!

The responsiveness of the plugin can depend greatly upon the images you’re using. However, there could also be some CSS tweaks needed, too. I’d be happy to work with you on getting these straightened out, but we’ll also make sure to address any missing responsiveness over our next series of updates.

    All the best,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your response.

Take a look at this website, still under dev. The banner is quite large, yes, but I don’t see why it shouldn’t size down exactly as a slideshow might – except that there is no responsive css in the banner stylesheet.

If the free plugin doesn’t allow for responsiveness, why would I purchase the paid one, when there is no information to show that it provides this fundamental function?

I think its a great plugin, but this is kind of a deal breaker.
