• This is why I will always recommend wordpress.com and never wordpress.org. I have never been able to get my questions answered. The Abaris guy doesn’t help, but I can’t ask questions here either?

The real difference is getting free support vs getting paid support.

WordPress.org is free support. There is no support team, there is no company driving WordPress.org. The software at WordPress.org is built, maintained and supported by a community of volunteers.

The alternative is to pay for support. That doesn’t mean you have to revert to WordPress.com, instead use WP Jobs or CodePoet.

But no one answers. What am I supposed to do?

Pay someone for support I guess.
