Not replacing from email option gives an error

I have contact form 7 installed on my site and I have a contact form where I have set the from email to info@vasscompany.com

However, on the Easy WP SMTP adjustments, I have the email hiring@vasscompany.com as a default.

And in the advanced adjustments, I have set in the box “Don’t replace the from the field” with the email info@vasscompany.com but as soon as I do this the contact form is not working and throws an error.

Any ideas on how to solve it? To me, it seems like this plugin function is not working and causing the error but it might be something with the configuration.

Hi, can you enable Enable Debug Log and then carry out another test. Then check the log file and report back.

Hi, the error seems to belong to a server issue. Just out of curiosity, what happens if you disable our plugin? Are you able to send emails via Contact Form 7?

If you disable the plugin the contact form 7 form is sent perfectly with the from the field that is supposed to have.

However, is not the preferred option for spam reasons. That’s why we want to use the plugin.

Any solutions?
