Sorry I should have stated that I’m using it on WPMU and it is enabled on the network. I think we had to set it that way since we are sharing resources to a subsite (I remember you helping me with it awhile back). Thanks!
Never mind, I just decided to use a different script. WPMU and network enabling had nothing to do with the issue, it just doesn’t work. I can’t have all that stuff loading on hundreds of pages when I’m only using Fileaway on two.

Actually, indeed it moves some JS/CSS files to the footer of pages that only uses FileAway.
However, these three files remain at every page!
