    I’m afraid the paid subscription for this service may prove to be a waste of your money. Though the plugin certainly performs backups as promised, we could not initiate the restore. Using the proper FTP credentials, VaultPress would not recognize the login as correct. When we reached out to support (a service that is paid), after nearly 30 hours, there was still no resolution.

    The company does not publish a phone number. Their support team does not respond to emails.

    If you’re willing to risk a business site, press on. If your business site is a revenue stream, I would recommend finding something else.

    Very disappointed.
