Thank you, I’ve tested the form on a lab site, and the redirect was working fine.
However, on your site I’ve noticed that when the form submission fails, there’ a JavaScript error in the browser console:
Uncaught TypeError: intlTelInput.getInstance is not a function
Since deactivating plugins didn’t help, this might be potentially related to a conflict with the current theme.
If you can replicate the issue on your end, could you please also test it with another theme if possible?
If you don’t want to do this test on the live site, you can perform it on a separate staging site, if you can reproduce the same issue there.

Could you please go to your form > Behaviour and on submission method select “Ajax”, also validation “Validation” https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#method
I could replicate the issue when the page reload is set for the submission.
We informed our developers as well, unfortunately we can’t give any estimated time to release the fix but our roadmap subscription is available at https://wpmudev.com/roadmap#dev-subscribe
