    I’ve made some changes, and in test mode it works perfectly. But when in live mode upon checkout i see “internal server error” if that helps?

    Hi there,

    Im still getting “internal server error” when i click “Pay” for any credit card transactions.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as im stuck currently.

    Hi,

    i need the details login,

    But if it is working in test mode. Please contact with beanstream some time they are not active live mode you will need to say to them to activate the live mode after that it will work surely.
    Internal server error is only the error may be the error message will not came from payment gateway Or woo-commerce changed the message code in new version.

    Hi Alok,

    You were right, i contacted BeanStream and they told me it was because the plugin wasnt passing the billing address to beanstream. So as a work around ive disabled billing address required and its working.

    However i need to figure out why the billing address isnt being passed to BeanStream. Is that something your plugin does? Or is it related to Woocommerce?

    Hi Margo,

    No i have not passed the billing address. Because when i am testing it on live account may be billing address not required on that account . SSo i have not passed it may be.

    Hi Alok,

    I am facing simlar issue. My site doesnot have online payment, when the users clicks on place order in the checkout page, the page is not redirected to order summary page, instead it shows internal server error.
    When I checked in developer tools i get this in below URL

    http://goingnuts.in/checkout/?wc-ajax=checkout

    {“result”:”failure”,”messages”:”<ul class=\”woocommerce-error\”>\n\t\t\t

  • We were unable to process your order, please try again.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n”,”refresh”:”true”,”reload”:”false”}
  • The order is getting placed in the backend but the customer is not getting order confirmation mail.

    I have update woo commerce recently. Please help

Hi,

Please disable the billing address required in your beanstream account. then it will work.
I have not checked this in latest woocommerce 2.6.3 , Your woocommerce version is 2.6 ?
